Details:The Governor has issued an Executive Order to lower the flags at all buildings, grounds and military installations of the State of Wisconsin beginning at sunrise on Saturday, October 6, 2012, and ending at sunset on that date as a Mark of Respect for the Firefighters of the State of Wisconsin Who Have Given Their Lives in the Line of Duty.
