WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. — Sent before the season, the message finally got through Saturday.
As the Michigan players left the Ross-Ade Stadium locker room, their T-shirts told the story, one that has stayed hidden until now.
“133 Road Warriors” in blue writing on a beige camouflage background screamed the mantra.
This season will be determined on the road for the Wolverines and, proudly wearing their shirts, they announced it forcefully against Purdue on Saturday in a 44-13 win.
