Univision report connects Operation Fast and Furious scandal to murders of Mexican teenagers
Published: 1:36 AM 10/01/2012
The Spanish language television news network Univision unleashed a bombshell investigative report on Operation Fast and Furious Sunday evening, finding that in January 2010 drug cartel hit men slaughtered students with weapons the United States government allowed to flow to them across the Mexican border.“On January 30, 2010, a commando of at least 20 hit men parked themselves outside a birthday party of high school and college students in Villas de Salvarcar, Ciudad Juarez,” according to a version of the Univision report in English, on the ABC News website.
“Near midnight, the assassins, later identified as hired guns for the Mexican cartel La Linea, broke into a one-story house and opened fire on a gathering of nearly 60 teenagers. Outside, lookouts gunned down a screaming neighbor and several students who had managed to escape. Fourteen young men and women were killed, and 12 more were wounded before the hit men finally fled.”
Citing a Mexican Army document it obtained and published, Univision reported that “[t]hree of the high caliber weapons fired that night in Villas de Salvarcar were linked to a gun tracing operation run by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF).”
That operation was Fast and Furious.

What are Hispanic listeners of Univision now thinking? We don’t see a lock on the president getting the Hispanic vote.
Why will the U.S. media not report this? Why does it take Univision to report it? If this was a republican president, they would of resigned a year ago.

‘Rapico y furioso’, the American gunrunning operation into Mexico which the Obama Administration hid from the Mexican government, has now been connected to dozens of deaths of teenagers in several massacres. Has the Obama Regime expressed ANY remorse? Have they apologized? Why did the US Justice Dept supremo Eric Holder get off scot free? Why is President Obama not being questioned under oath for his involvement in this grotesque miscarriage of justice? Does the President care at all about the deaths of 300 Mexican civilians? Where is the US media in all this? Does Obama think the deaths of 300 Mexicans is unimportant, a distraction unworthy of his attention?
Thank God for Univision, and for the ‘Aqui y ahora’ report that blew the lid off this hideous, bigoted, surreal, loathesome act by the US Government. Why was the Congressional inquiry into this war crime against the Mexican people so lame, so soft-hitting? Was it just a piece of window-dressing to give the illusion that Obama and Holder are being held accountable when we KNOW that is not the case? Why is the US lying to the Mexican government and the Mexican people? Mexicans would be fully within their rights to retaliate against the corrupt US Administration that actively pursued this policy, knowing full well the risks that were being taken. Apparently they didn’t care … it’s only Mexicans …
