Drunken man breaks into Wisconsin Capitol

MADISON, Wis., Oct. 10 (UPI) — Authorities in Wisconsin said an intoxicated man apparently scaled the state Capitol to break into the building through a fifth-story window.

Police said Andrew Bishop, 21, of Roseville, Minn., apparently climbed the outside of the Madison building early Sunday and entered by smashing a window, The Wisconsin State Journal, Madison, reported Wednesday.
