Michigan: Police Cracking Down On Drunk Drivers

Drunk drivers face more cops, more stops

HOUGHTON — Starting on Thursday Michigan is kicking off its new campaign against drunk drivers.

It’s called Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over and law enforcement agencies in 26 counties across the state were given additional funding for the next two weeks for extra patrol. Officials say from now until Labor Day they will be cracking down on drunk drivers.
