KEWAUNEE – The Republican primary race for Wisconsin’s U.S. senate seat could be tightening.

On its Twitter page, the national polling company, Public Policy Polling said, “Eric Hovde has a small lead over Tommy Thompson on the Wisconsin Senate poll we’ll release tomorrow (Tuesday).”

“That is a Democrat polling place,” said Thompson in Kewaunee. “If they are a Democrat polling place they don’t want me in the race, so they are going to manufacture and make the polls skewed so that they show somebody else because they know if I get the nomination, which I’m going to, I’m going to beat Tammy Baldwin.”

I have endorsed Hovde because I feel the greatest threat is currently our debt. We need a senator who will stand up to crony capitalism and fight to reign in the debt before it cripples our nation.

Good to hear. I am still halfway on the fence. Every time I pick someone they end up losing. Thanks for your comment and good luck to your candidate.

      Keep up your GREAT work.
