Escapee’s dad has pot growing operation in home
Posted: Jul 27, 2012 1:55 PM CDTMAUSTON (WXOW) – A criminal complaint says that when authorities went looking for his escaped son, James Misleveck told them they couldn’t go inside the his home because he had a marijuana growing operation.
The incident happened last week in Elroy in Juneau County as the search for James C. Misleveck was underway after he and James Newman walked away from the a Jackson County area correctional facility. They were caught early Wednesday in Florida.
