Driver allegedly in crash that killed Marquette woman

Marquette Mining JournalMARQUETTE – Marquette City Police arrested a 30-year-old Gwinn man Saturday who they said was the driver allegedly involved in a crash on the Fourth of July that resulted in the death of a Marquette woman and the serious injury of her husband.
The name of the suspect is being withheld pending his arraignment in Marquette County District Court. Police said they located the suspect vehicle, which was a sport utility vehicle. The crash occurred near the intersection of South Front Street and Genesee Street.
